Placed first families in “residence Sun Valley” in Zvecan

The Zvecan parallel community has announced a public invitation for the separation of 82 residential units for families with serious social status in residence “The Valley of Sun” in Zvecan, which is built without permission of institutions in the Republic of Kosovo. This settlement has been built without the permission of institutions of the Republic of Kosovo, as the Zvecan municipality has ignored the Ministry of Environment and Spatial Planning's request not to start building without the necessary documents being delivered, the paper “Zri” writes away.

According to this public call, 82 residences will be separated: 16 apartments with surface surfaces of 62.96 square metres, 3 flats with surfaces of 79.91 square metres, 18 residences of 42,42 square meters, plus 2934 square meters of aid space, 30 flats with a surface of 76.07 square feet [76.07 sq m], and 15 flats with a surface of 75.91 square feet [75.91 sq m].
