Eye control is one of the simple things that very few people do but that contributes greatly to maintaining good eyesight.
The following is some eye exercise, which won't take much time, and it's too easy to do:
Take your eyes for two minutes. This exercise helps regulate the flow of blood within your eyes.
Turn your head around in circular motion, looking only straight. Start from right to left with the head moves, then up-down. This exercise also increases blood circulation in your eyes.
Close your eyes and relax. Darkness is believed to help strengthen photo receptor cells in your eyes, which helps maintain good eyesight.
Close your eyes for three to five seconds, then open up. This is repeated seven times because it helps to relax your eye muscles and increase your circulation in your eyes.
