After a long day of work, an adult would feel tired and able to sleep right away, while the opposite happens to his children. They never run out of energy, and it seems that throughout the day they accumulate <x0 power” to spend in the evening. It is not easy to put a child to sleep without playing with him an hour ago, and when you feel that he may have tired of making mistakes. Parents often give up and let their children go to bed late, but this should not be used as an excuse.

Previous studies have shown that children who go to bed an hour later from schedule manifest various problems, are unfocused, and easily irritated.
American Academy of Patients and Journal of Clinical Sleep Medicine have recently published children's sleep needs in 24 hours.
