Meanwhile, low testosterone levels are a contributing factor of hair loss, increased weight and reduced bone density.

It is still unclear why precisely 7 days are needed for this effect, but there are other sure ways to increase testosterone levels.

Boston University has found that frequent disfellowshipped is linked to a reduced risk of prostate cancer, so avoiding masturbation may not be such a good idea.
