Everyone who works in the office knows about the fights that arise when the temperature is discussed.
Some like the office to be warmer, and some like it colder... it's impossible to enjoy everyone, especially when men and women are affected by temperatures in different ways.
However, according to a new study, increased thermostat can be beneficial to female productivity.
Research conducted by American scientists has found that increased office temperature can improve women's ability to perform certain cognitive tasks.
For this study, published in the scientific magazine “Plos One”, researchers have analyzed 543 students.
After various experiments, researchers have found that women perform better in verbal and mathematical tasks when they are at high temperatures.
So it's now proven that the office temperature is not only about the comfort of women, but about their performance at work.
