Those with vomit problems give birth to wise children

The pregnancy can be a very fascinating period for each woman but also challenging.

This second because morning sickness is one of the most frustrating aspects of pregnancy.

But no matter how annoying the fact that you have to vomit in the morning and feel very sick, we have very good news for you: a study has found that hormones that cause these symptoms are the same ones that connect with a greater development of your child's brain.

What exactly does that mean?

The research published in the magazine “The Journal of Mediatrics” has found that the vomiting that occurs during pregnancy is an excellent sign of high intelligence in children.

Moreover, the higher the intensity of vomiting, the easier it can be predicted by the child's intelligence.

The study has included 121 women who were pregnant between 1998 and 2003, while the levels of child intelligence were analysed when they were between 3 and 7.

Other studies, as is one published in “magazine JAMA Internal Medicine” has found that morning sickness during pregnancy is a good sign because it is linked to a lower risk of abortion. In other words, the disease has a protective function because it means that hormone levels are high enough to keep the pregnancy.

However, this is the first time that vomiting is revealed to be indicative of the wisdom of the child at birth.
