Tonight the Brussels Summit, 28 leaders without any telephone signals

EU leaders will meet in an effort to find names for the bloc's highest posts, including the next European Commission president, as European Parliament elections resulted in losses for the main parties.

This working evening will be an opportunity to make the first marks after the European elections, in the function of appointments to key positions of EU institutions.

There will be no written conclusions, but at the end of the meeting the heads of state will refer to the president of the European Council the next steps for selecting key positions.
