This simple exercise is very effective and widespread among those practicing yoga. This will help you strengthen your abdomen muscles and reduce your waist to three or four weeks.
1. Original position: Get down on your knees with your arms next to your body. Spread your arms and relax your muscles. Get up slowly, extracting air from your lungs.
2: Pull your belly, and don't breathe while you're doing it. Keep your belly in this position for about 10/15 seconds.
3: As you try to hold your belly, try to breathe slowly for another 1015 seconds.
4: Take a deep breath of lungs and absorb it as much as possible for a few seconds.
5. You'll feel a little tension in your belly muscles. Release your stomach, but don't breathe when you do.
