Interestingly, an average of 60 liters [60 L] of tears during life, scientists say.
However, it seems that most people often prefer to keep their emotions inside and sometimes feel ashamed of them.
But what if we tell you that emotional distress is another way to stop you from gaining weight?
True, most of you do not believe that you can lose weight by expressing your inner emotions through tears.
In fact, much of you have gone through your familiar cycle - you get stressed out after separation, you eat more, and after a few days you realize that your favorite jeans are narrow and you don't get it right.
But scientists show this differently. First, you should remember that cortisol, a hormone that is relieved of stress, is linked to overweight.
Now scientists have found that emotional tears contain certain hormones that increase the levels of cortisol. These hormones are protocol, leu-enkepholin and ACTH. All are produced under much pressure.
So when we don't suppress our emotions and cry, these hormones are released and the level of cortisol is reduced. As a result of reducing the cortisol, we also lose weight, or at least we don't add.
