Find out what the different shades of blood reveal during periods of your health

It's a pain, pain, bad pain and embarrassment. But did you know that period can provide information on your health? Color, aroma, and menstrual sustainability can give you vital information about other things that are happening in your body. According to blood color, you can learn what's happening to you:

Red: It's the normal color of blood during periods. If this is what you see, then everything is normal.

Pale red: it could be a sign of anemia. If you are concerned about being anemic, just ask your doctor to take a test.

Red and grey: When your perioda is a red and smelly color, it can be a sign of infection. If this is happening to you, it's time to see a doctor.

Dark coffee: Any shade of coffee should not cause concern. They're just the oldest pieces of cervix left there and they're finally coming out. It's normal for this to happen.

Dark red. This is generally seen at the end of the period, and there should be no major numbness in it. Women's health says it is the sign of a healthy body that is simply ending its period, and estrogen is growing.
