Scientists at the University of Medicine in Eastern Virginia, Norfolk, have collected data from 43 studies that documented 28,000 cases of fathers ' depression, from three months of pregnancy to the baby's first birthday.
In general, according to the results, 10% of fathers suffer from depression, months before and after childbirth.
Until 30% of women are known to be affected by postborn depression, very little is familiar with male emotions after they become parents.
