Finance coach Craig Ballantine writes on a blog about healthy eating and sleeping.
He has developed a formula that allows anyone to get a good night's sleep and wake up with a lot of energy the next day.
Craig believes the ideal of a good nightly sleep begins at daytime. This is how the idea is verified:
10 hours before sleep
This is the time you need to clean your blood from stimulants that contain caffeine. So, there's no coffee, green or black tea, Coca Cola, energy drinks, or chocolate from this period.
3 hours before sleep
Do not eat anything or consume alcohol if you are only three hours before going to bed. Your body uses huge amounts of energy to ward off alcohol and digest a late meal.
2 hours before bedtime
From now on, don't even think about working. Leave it for tomorrow.
1 hour before sleep
Since this time, turn off televisions, computers, or smartphones. Let your mind and your eyes rest.
Also, sleep on your back if you want to look younger for longer. This position causes fewer lines and wrinkles because there is no pressure on the face.
