It has been one of the greatest unanswered questions in the gym world so far. And now a new study has finally solved the dilemma if you have to eat before or after physical activity.
Researchers at the Universitys of Bath, Birmingham, Neachstle and Stirling analyzed the energy costs of 12 physically active males between the ages of 20 and 26. Each concluded three different tests: the first: they ate breakfast with milk and grain and then rested; the second: they ate the same morning, but two hours before physical activity and third: not eating anything before physical activity. i n

The study found that when the males gave up breakfast, they had a higher calories deficit during the day, about 150 calories on average, implying that morningless training is the best for weight loss.
“These results suggest that for healthy young people, a short-term energy deficit can be achieved more easily if breakfast is removed before training”, the authors of the study concluded. Here's how it works: When you work in the empty stomach, your body doesn't have easily available energy from food, so it attracts from other sources, like the fat of the stored body, which makes your exercise more effective in burning fat and helps lose weight.

In addition, by thus exercising, keep your level of insulin low, allowing your body to produce more growth hormones that also burns fat
