Follow Your Heart or Your Mind? That's the question we all ask sooner or later. This is a real dilemma that brings about eternal war between reason and feeling at the center of the debate. Romantics and those who often follow their instincts, especially in love, will find more than once the broken heart and complain that they followed it instead of the mind, which would certainly have led to another course. But is that really so?
Our heart, besides pumping blood throughout our body, makes us feel emotions and makes us feel alive literally. However, it is often labeled a <x0-tradite”. In fact, the heart knows how to tell us the answers, but it also knows how to lie, disturbing us by feelings and feelings that often undermine its judgment. Better to filter through our minds what we feel to make better decisions?
If this statement is partly right, there are times and situations in which we should let our heart go where it decides. The decisions that instinct and feelings are the right way to lead us to happiness are these five:
1 When to Say I Love You There is no right time, no perfect person or place. If you feel it, if you try anything strong for the other person, just say it. If you do that with your heart, you'll never regret it! We better not have regrets.
2 Who should we have friends? Friends choose each other and what they do is almost always the heart. Feelings between friends (or friends) cannot (and should) pass through the mind.
3 When you want to be a mother Teaching is a very sensitive subject for women, especially when you ask what age it is right to become a mother. In reality it all depends on the person and, again, the heart is the right decision-maker. If you know you want to have a child, you're ready, everything else doesn't matter.
4 When it's worth fighting for something Your heart knows well and is not worried, if you struggle to accomplish something, succeed or not, you will have made the right decision.
5 If you have to trust someone, right? Often, trust in a person can lead to great suffering, but those who do not risk it have never lived through life without reservation. Your heart knows and will know how to whisper the right answer.
