No matter how regular we are with cleaning and facial treatments, black spots will always remain there. For a while we'll see, then... hello!
They're annoying and we're always looking for a way to get rid of them.
First, though, what we need to know is where they come from. What causes the black dots, and what does the place in which they appear most about us indicate?
Between eyebrows/in the nose
According to dermatologists, this is an indication of the great stress you are experiencing. Perhaps you are going through puberty or are involved in a very tense situation. The rise in adrenaline levels increases and the level of fat produced by skin, especially in these areas.
About the lip
This is related to diet. Foods with acid or oil content cause points to emerge in this area. What is suggested is the washing of lips directly after consuming a very fat meal.
On page
It's time you cleaned up your keyboard and your phone screen. The keyboard is what transmits most bacteria to the hands, while the telephone support on the page is due to the extraction of points.
On the outside of the ear
Unlike other occasions, this time it is a case of dehydranation. Drink more water and less soda.
Side
Again, we have a special case, since you must have noticed that the black dots in this area are not so black. They appear to be red spots that make the skin very rough and that are known as the queratosis pilaris. It is a rare occasion when soap is used for cleaning or when water in the shower is colder than needed.
What should we do?
A black dot is a pored with dead cells, oil and acne progonibacterum (a bacteria that feeds on proteins and oils in the pores). The surface of the black dots is exposed to the air, causing the black color of the compound to oxidize.
Initially, soften your skin and open your gates by carrying a towel with hot water for five minutes. Then take two dental fibers and slide over your nose to extract the black dots. And, finally, wash your face with a delicate washing machine to keep up with the hydrathant.
