Florent Haddrajna is looking forward to the first training with the national team.
He is one of the first football players to have arrived in Kosovo to start preparations for the 2010 European qualifying matches against Montenegro and Bulgaria. Florenti, who so far had represented Switzerland in the age teams, but also National A in a friendly match, weeks ago decided to join the large Dardan family. His decision echoed everywhere, until he was welcomed by Kosovo fans, who believe that he will give more security to the National Protection, but more creativity. Florenti was visiting the NFK during the morning, where President Agim Ademi received him, until after this meeting he confessed to the official site of NFF.
“Piccess first, thank you all at the NFFK, and especially President Agim Ademi and Coach Bernard Challandes, because they have been the two main people I've been talking to in the last few months and after very good conversations came the moment that I come to play for Kosovo” began his confession, Florent Hadregjna.
Although part of Switzerland, he says he has consistently followed the development of the National of Kosovo and has been thrilled with the presentations of his fellow players.
“I have watched almost all of Kosovo's matches in both qualifications and the League of Nations via TV in England, and I was amazed at what the team has shown. The National Game, but even the support the fans have given him has been very special. The boys made the game very good. There are very talented players and now I am part of the group, and my goal is to help the team move forward. The main thing is that step by step we get stronger. I know there's still work because we're new players, and we still have things to learn, but I think we can achieve something very big”, it's said by Haderjance.
Huddersfield's acting member is aware that the national team has a lot of talent and competition is huge, but he appreciates that as something positive.
There is competition everywhere, both in the club and in the national team. The team does not have only 11 players, but competition should be looked at in a positive way because we can help each other. Then there's the coach who decides for the players to play. We as football players have to do our best in training so that the coach can see that you're ready and important to the national”, the new Dardan star follows.
He stressed that he has often visited Kosovo before, but that the feeling will now be even more special.
I have always visited Kosovo because it is my parents' birthplace and I still have several family members here. For me Kosovo has always been important. Our parents often brought us here so that we don't forget our language because when you live in Switzerland and you get educated there it's not so easy not to forget your tongue. To me, Kosovo is everything. Here I feel cheaper and easier because everyone speaks Albanian. Even on the national team I'll have all my Albanian-speaking associates. When you do not need to speak in another language, that is undoubtedly helpful and very motivating. Kosovo's Fanella is something very special to me, so I look forward to playing the first game, which will be very exciting both for me and my family”, Hadregjna underlined.
Adversity during the recent edition was presented in 24 matches to Huddersfield in the Premiere League, of which 19 games were played as a title. He has not yet decided about the future, given that his team has fallen off Premiere League.
