During the search, police officer Milos Zivkovic opens his closet and sees his wallet. He tells his colleague, Shkumbin Jashar, who grabs his wallet and puts it in his pocket. Yasar, has been arrested Thursday for the move.

A statement by billionaire Bill Gates likely influenced the police official, Shkumbin Jashari, to forget who he is.

When you have cash, you forget who you are. When you don't have money, others forget who you are. This is life”, Jashar quoted Miliarder Gates in a post in his Facebook account.

Identification of a wallet of 1,800 euros by the police official has likely reminded the billionaire of the money claim.

Late hours of raiding at a Gracanica lucky playground have resulted in its prosperity.

During checks ordered by the government, Jashari has stolen a wallet of 1,800 euros. His presence was completely filmed by the security cameras from this bar.

As a consequence of this move, Jashar has been arrested Thursday by the Kosovo Police Inspectorate, under suspicion that he has committed a criminal act “in an illegal adoption of property in case of the raid or execution of the” court decision.

Insander, has secured video footage of this act, which he has not published until the first investigations have been carried out resulting in the arrest of the suspect.
The IPK has announced the arrest of the police official who served at the Police Station in Gracanica.

“In this case the IPK has conducted the raid on two locations (the suspect's home and office), which have confiscated several items in the quality of material evidence. The same as the competent prosecutor's decision has been imposed on the detention measure for 48 hours. Also, The IPK has recommended the Kosovo Police's motion of suspension for the police official already arrested as suspects in the case as higher than”, the IPK communiqué said.

The video reveals the police's suspicious actions. It appears that after 22 p.m., the lights on the bar were turned off. During the search, police officer Milos Zivkovic opens his closet and sees his wallet. He tells his colleague, Shkumbin Jashari, who controls the location of the cameras. He also goes to the security room to see which angles the cameras catch.

But local managers place only four cameras on TV screen, not 16 in the bar. When the policeman makes sure that the cameras are not filming the section of the wallet, he takes the wallet and puts it in his pocket.

Owners of this club who wanted to remain anonymous have shown how they had discovered this theft.

“We've watched all the footage raids in all the premises. We've seen the cop get his wallet”, the company manager said.

They reported the case at the IPK, what resulted from the police officer's arrest.

The commander of the Gracanica station, Bratislav Trajkovic, is also seen during the raids at the site.

Insander, brings these exclusive images that police officials commit to crime.

The action of Police, Customs and Tax Administration was held on the day when the Parliament by means of a resolution decided to close the games of fate.

The action was carried out on political orders.

Insander, has found that two days before the Kosovo government approved the Project-Law for the Prevention of the Fate Games on 22 March, the Special Prosecutor of the Republic of Kosovo launched investigations into the owners of the game of fate, but for about two weeks there was a false version regarding the launch of investigations into fortune-game businesses.

This version was given publicly by Anti-Corruption Division Lieutenant Colonel in Kosovo Police Agron Nezaj, at an extraordinary conference on 22 March where Kosovo Police, Tax Administration and Customs were presented.

After the same day being raided and hundreds of local lucky games closed, Nezaj went to the press conference to provide details about the joint action of the Kosovo Police, Prosecution, Customs and ATK.

Kosovo's “Police, months ago, or said briefly at the end of 2018, has launched investigations into the games of fate. The initiative of these investigations is conducted under the leadership of the Special Prosecutor of the Republic of Kosovo”, Nezaj said, as he unveiled other details concerning the joint action of a series of Kosovo institutions.

But Nezaj's version of the period of the investigation into the games of fate was exposed by the Prosecution.

Kosovo's special prosecutor has not launched investigations in the period of late last year, but just two days before hundreds of local lucky games were raided, they have confirmed Isader by the State Prosecutor.

State Prosecutor's spokesman, Hekrem Lutfiu, has told Insider that the raiding of hundreds of lucky playgrounds on March 22nd has come at the Court's order the same day that locals were raided on March 22nd.

“On 22.03.2019, on P request The SRK, on the part of Kosovo Customs and Tax Administration (ATK), has issued a warrant to check the premises of these businesses with ties, and the Kosovo Police, along with Kosovo Customs and the Kosovo Tax Administration (ATK), have carried out the search warrant with checks even by ATK officials, has become the closure of locals in question”, Lutfi said in a written response to Insinger.

Lutfiu has confirmed that investigations into the owners of the games of fate started just two days before the government meeting, where the Bill for the Prevention of the Fate Games was passed.

“Organizing pyramid schemes and illegal gambling; ) Avoiding Tatimi and smuggling of goods”, Lutfiu said.

Insander reported on Wednesday the ignorance of the Kosovo Tax Administration in connection with the March 22nd action, which included the institution.

ATK doesn't know why he closed hundreds of fortune-game businesses.

About two weeks after this joint Kosovo Police action, ATK and the State Prosecutor, ATK, had no explanation of where the order came from for the raid on lucky playgrounds came from.

The Kosovo Tax Administration (ATK) has not been able to clarify by what order hundreds of fortune-game businesses are closed. In a response to Insider, ATK has billed the entire action of Kosovo Police on March 22nd, though even 161 tax administration officials had participated in the action.

The March 22nd, 2019 act of the Kosovo Police, and for any information on this action you can address the police. ATK has only supported this action”, said in a written response to ATK's Online Insander Journal.

The March 22nd operation has included over a thousand different Kosovo police officials, Dogan and ATK.

In all, 950 police officials, 161 ATK and 77 Kosovo Customs officials participated in the action. Thirty-five local lucky games were closed, while 118 devices were confiscated by customs.
