Star from La League: We don't deserve the fans we have.

Frozen by emotion after leading his childhood team to much needed victory, Celta Vigos attacker Igo Aspas could not stop crying.

Aspas wept with joy and relief, after marking two goals in the second part to help Celtan overturnvantage 2:0 and triumph 3:2 over Willarreal on Saturday, a team that is fighting for survival in La League.

For Aspas was the first 90-minute fight in more than three months.

“We don't deserve fans that we have”, Aspas said, who received ovations from fans at the “Balaidos” stadium, as he was leaving the game in the extra minutes.

As he sat in the bank with his jacket on his shoulders, he began to cry and had to be comforted by his fellow players.
