Men experience divisions easier than women? This, according to some studies, may be just a myth.
Research conducted in the US and published in 2000 had surveyed the effects of divorce on over 2,000 men and women. Paul Costa Junior and his researchers had asked members of personality studies in their 40 ' s and then met them again after six or nine years later.
Since women had shown signs of healing after separation, divorced males had become less conscious and emotionally unstable and had also taken separation as demoralizing.
Another study of 5,705 participants in 96 countries found that on average, males feel the pain of a separation for longer periods of time than women.
