However, according to a famous Italian cook, there are some mistakes most of us make when we cook them.
Giovanni Rana has been cooking pasta since the 1960 ' s and, along with her daughter, Antonella Rana, has decided to share their secrets of cooking of this type of food.
While most of us add a whole jar of sauce, the Italian cook is recommending that we should use much less of this cooling.
When you have fresh pasta, the taste is inside. You just have to add some olive oil and crushed cheese”, the cook claimed.
