This is the story of Belinda Brody, who on her wedding day weighed 145 kilos and now inside her dress as in the top photo comes in with her son. Belinda at 32 years of age in 2009 was forced to make an errand dress because she was unable to find the right one in stores. Then in 2014 she moved from New Zealand to Australia, and that is where the change of her life radically began. From that day until now, it has lost 77kg and has a size of clothing 6 times smaller. Today, on the 10th anniversary of her marriage, she says:-“The wedding day was one of the happiest of my life and why the great weight and difficulties I had in choosing my dress. So after 10 years, I decided to celebrate this anniversary with my husband in Bali. This seemed the perfect opportunity to try my wedding dress again. ”

That's where the above picture was taken that she and Oliver's son walked into the dress and despite that there was still room to roll.

I am very proud of what I have achieved today, my life has completely changed, and I am much happier and healthier” she says.

Diet

AFTER DAY:

Breakfast: oatmeal, or moss, with a coffee of 250 calories) Between morning and lunch fruits (150 calories)

Lunch: protein - filled salad (400 calories) In the afternoon: fruit and coffee (100 calories)

Dinner: Chicken, lamb, or vegetable steak (500 calories)

Dessert: ice cream or fruit (100 calories)

TOT ALI: 1,500 calories.
