In order for your exercises to produce results, exercise should become a regular habit, says Chris Jordan, a physicist who created the seven-minute exercise routine.
Its routine has become a hit on the internet while it is based on popular financial training form called interval exercises.
His routine is designed to donate all the benefits of exercise in a short time but you have to do it regularly.
According to Jordan, minimum you should do his routine 3-5 times a week to enjoy all the benefits.
His advice is also scientifically supported, where scientists have found that the best results for heart health are achieved when individuals receive training 4-5 times a week.
The study confirming this was published in the magazine American Heart Association.
