Researchers say that in babies and children with development problems, an egg per day can positively affect the development and duration of the body.
The study's conclusions have been published in the journal Criminals, while noting that the study has carried out over 160 children aged 6-9 months in Ecuador.
60 children aged 6 months, who belonged to low-income and low-fed groups, have been given an egg for six months each day. In this way the duration and development of children is monitored through this nutritious product that contains iron, black, phosphorus, protein, etc.
Laura Iannotti and her group friends have checked children's families who have been fed with eggs every day to see if they have any side effects or not.
At the end of the monitoring, babies who have consumed eggs have been found to have shown 47 percent less delayed development. While children who have been fed eggs are found to be older than the day the project started.
While it is said that other children who have not used eggs every day have consumed this food by some.
