U n EFA has decided to condemn Montenegro to a match without fans and another 20,000 euros for throwing pyrotechnic tools into the field in the match against England.
Montenegrin fans had offended England's players on racial grounds, which has forced the English Football Federation to complain at UEFA to take steps towards Montenegro.

We remember that the match between Montenegro and Kosovo is played 7 June.
