Col Mother chooses an animal name to leave her child

How their child will be appointed is one of the biggest challenges parents have and also a very special moment, writes Mirror.

This begins to become even more exciting when birth days approach and plans begin for young ones.

But what would you do if you chose a name and your boyfriend did not approve of it?

One visiting mother said that she felt very upset when everyone, her family and friends told her that the name she had chosen for her child looked like a dog name.

Searching for advice on the Netums parents' website, she writes: “No one likes the name of the baby that we picked.

We're in love with the name Hookley, but whenever I tell them all they tell us it looks like a dog name”, she adds.

Her question, though, is whether to ignore negative thoughts or listen to them. Other mothers told her that she must stand behind the choice she wants.
