A month ago, a citizen from Pristina, with initials D. The J [known name for editing] had bought a car for which he paid 2,500 euros. After a technical check, she had decided to get her car back to the vendor, since he had cheated on her when she promised that the car was never hit. For a month in a row, she has failed to solve the case. Now, he says there's no money left, and there's no car that's standing in the parking lot in the building where she lives, but the keys are in the store. In a confession to Periscope, D. TJ, says the case had been presented at three police stations in Pristina region. He charges the police with neglect and advice of the “type of sale, and you're the one who's been throwing it at you”. Except for the D confession. J, Periscope brought you the police explanation for this incident.

It has been a month since a citizen from Pristina, with initials D. The very [known name for editing] had decided to buy a new car.

In a confession to Periscope, she showed that she had bought the car from a salesman who had not actually been the legitimate owner of the car.

The seller had guaranteed D. Unless the car was ever hit. So she also carried out her initial payment.

The price of a car that D. Gj paid the car vendor that was 2,500 euros.

D. J, for Periscopes, it shows that he had decided to return his car, as soon as he learned that the salesman had lied when he told her she had never been hit.

I bought a car from one person. And I asked her three times if the car was an accident and she said no. Actually, he wasn't even the legitimate owner of the car. Even after I decided to take the car, I paid for it and I took my car to the service. The car was an accident, and within two hours I turned my car away from the one I bought it to and he took the car”, relates D. For Periscope.

She, she says the car dealer hadn't returned the money, so she decided to present the case to the police.

It casts grave accusations towards the police, who say they ignored her case, advising her to resolve the case with the salesman from whom she bought the car.

The first Denoncing in the Police she says she had done it on 30 March, at the “Center” in Pristina, and at the “Yugu” station in Pristina as well.

I went to the police and reported it as a case. They didn't even care about the police who's the person in question, and they told me to check if you could get his money, well, they've got the former”, she says.

In addition, she claims how she was blackmailed and threatened by the car dealer, who refused to accept her return money.

It's been a while since 20 days, I waited for him to pay back, but the car dealer didn't pay back, didn't want to call back. I went to his house and I wanted the money as a human. I even told him, see if you can find me another car, add money if you have to, or return my money to buy me another car. He started off with more abusive, more insulting words that don't say to anyone like the “You're a woman than you're caught by the throat of an absorption, whore-whore-whore-whore-and-whore-whore. I'm home. He told me I'd call the police and they told him to call him free, and I'll call him. He didn't do that, either.

D. Gj, adds that the seller who refused to pay back the money had sent the car to the parking lot where she lived.

But along with his car, he had not left his keys.

So, since then, the car has remained in the parking lot untapped.

Experiences at police stations, D. He says he had no good at all.

She accuses police officials of neglecting her.

I came home, and then he came where I live, left the car in the parking lot, and told people that the girl paid the parking lot to her. I haven't been here two days, and when I got here yesterday, they told me I had to pay a monthly parking lot. I went to the police station again. I've been waiting two and a half hours because there's no investigating officer. Their answer was that we didn't have evidence or call me on the phone because you left something else, and I didn't get any IDs, and they told me you went to the police station in downtown because that person lives in Dragodan. I go to that station and it happens again. Me in the hallway, the cop who was in there told me not to even walk into the office. I'm telling them that the person in question threatened me, if he's blackmailing me, he's got my car on my nose, I have to pay for that car. I've been told there's no evidence of the case. Yes, if I gather your evidence, what you work for, then”, states the citizen from Pristina for Periscope.

In turn, she says police officials have advised her to take the purchased car and try to sell it to someone.

I've been told the police have told you to take the chair and sell someone for selling it to you. Detective cop says that. Carrie's in my name, not the person I bought it from. I found the owner of the car, and he was owed money, didn't get it all. I tell them I've been threatened and blackmailed, what kind of work you want most. Then, a police investigator tells me, but the person's number is in question. He said he called him, but he turns out this number doesn't exist. In 30 seconds, I called him and he got the phone. The value of the car I paid was 2,500 euros. The car is in the parking lot, but I don't have keys to the car”, she's telling away.

It tells how she has again tried to resolve the case with the salesman she bought the car from.

Yet, he said that he had threatened him and refused to communicate with him.

He's on next report to the police, D. Gj, says he tried to do it on April 17th of this year [two days ago].

When I tried to get the clerk back on the phone, he told me not to call me anymore, because you're a woman or we'd sort this out. If the police don't intervene in this case, and you don't call somebody to interview you, then this is the failed cop. One month of work I lost to this case. I've been deceived, threatened and plus I haven't seen. What's worse, I don't charge any possible action. The logic of it is neither ethical to be told by police officer in an effort to know for yourself. I don't know how far this idiot's gonna get to”, she adds away.

For the case in question, Periscopi has contacted Flora Ahmeti ʹ spokesperson for the Kosovo Police for the Pristina region.

Ahmeti, has clarified about Periscope about the event, police have interviewed both sides.

According to the State Prosecutor's recommendations, Ahmeti says there have been no elements to open the case.

Therefore, the parties have been instructed by police to resolve differences between them in the Court, responsible for handling civil affairs.

As far as the event is concerned, we interviewed both sides involved. The state prosecutor's recommendations have been taken, and since there have been no elements to open cases, the parties have been instructed to resolve their dispute at the civil affairs tribunal. The same instructions were received in all three police stations”, Ahmeti told Periscope.

On the other hand, she has said that the complainer in question for any evental remarks against police officials would be wise to address her complaint in competent institutions.. / P ERISCOPIA
