The benefits of going to sleep at the same hour.

Less Risk for Type 2
Adults who go to bed and get up all the time weigh less, have normal blood sugar levels, and have a lower risk of cardiovascular disease and diabetes type 2 than those who never go to sleep at the same time.
This has been demonstrated by a study conducted by the Duke University Medical Centre in Durham, North Carolina (SHBA), published by the Scientific Reports.
A Regular Sleep
Having a regular sleep means sleeping at the same hour every night and waking up at the same hour every morning, even on weekends, a behavior that helps the circus rhythm and regulates other body functions, such as appetite and digestion.
The study included about two thousand adults aged 69 through the rating rate known as the Sleep Rule Index, which analyzes the change of sleep in one day and compares it to tomorrow to assess sleep and wake-up time and every religion. In particular, the authors used information from participants in a large study that was forced to wear sleeping / waking equipment, physical activity, and exposure to light. Participants also had to meet sleep days and accept drowsiness during the day.
Incorruptity and Type 2
Finally, researchers used other information to measure the risk factors of cardiovascular and mental health. Sleep disorder was accompanied by an increase in heart disease in ten years, obesity, high blood pressure, high levels of glucose, and Type 2 diabetes.
Finally, sleep irregularities also involved increasing stress and depression, linked to a greater risk of heart disease.
