40-year-old sues parents for dropping pornography collection

A man in Indiana is suing his parents for throwing away the abundant photographic collection he owned, which, according to him, amounted to $29,000.

The 40-year-old handed over his indictment last week to a court in Michigan.

He moved to his parents ' home in 2016, after a divorce, and ten months later he left to live alone. His parents sent all his belongings to the new address, but his 12 boxes of pornographic movies and magazines were missing. My parents admitted they were thrown away.

At the moment, the 40-year-old man denounced the incident to the police, but the local prosecutor refused to follow suit. The filed indictment includes an email from the husband's father in question, in which it says, “I've done a great honour throwing those things away. ”

The 40-year-old demands triple compensation for the collection's value, that's $88,000.
