It becomes known that the Londoners are ready to formulate an offer for the Frenchman, who has taken a year off after his highly successful adventure at the helm of Real in Madrid, where he won 3 Champions in a row and the title of La Ligas.
Roman Abramovich's idea is to take Zidane to convince Belgian midfielder Eden Hazard to renew the contract and ignore the continued and serious interest of Madrid's Real.
Hazard has declared he has had French idol Zidane since he was a child and the thought that he could co-operate with him can convince him to stay, renewing the contract.
Sarry, however, still has time to change the course of events. The first test will be with Malmo, Sweden, Europe League, then faces the challenge with Manchester United at the FA Cup, confronting Manchester City in the League Cup, and finally with Tottenham at Premier League.
