In the United States, what has been called the polar vortex, are taking place every day and more unusual phenomena.
In Iowa, for example, temperatures have decreased so much that a resident has frozen his wet hair. Taylor Scanlon shared in her Twitter account a video showing how she got wet hair out and they froze.
The short clip shows Taylor standing on the doorstep of her house while her hair remains vertically frozen.
The video distributed on Twitter has received over 1.62 million views at the time of publication (February 1st), while the post itself received over 12,500 <x0).
We remember here that parts of the U.S. are involved in cold air masses while temperatures are down to minus 40 degrees Celsius.
