The government “Haradinaj” has spent nearly 6m euros on state budget reserves, and in this case seriously violated the principle of good governance and rule of law. So said in an interview for the newspaper “Voice” Executive Director of the Kosovo Institute for Justice Ehat Miftaraj.
It has clarified that the law clearly stipulates that the spending of state reserves can occur only in extraordinary cases and in unpredictable situations and projects that have not been able to be envisioned or planned with the Budget Law, which is adopted every year.
