The prestigious magazine “France Football” has published the ideal formation of the last decade with the most suggestive names, which have fascinated their virtue since 2010.
Port: Iker Casillas
The 2010 World Cup winner and Euro 2012 with Spain and the triumph of the Champions League in 2014 with Real Madrid, Iker Casillas has been the best goalkeeper of the last 10 years. He had been among the main candidates for winning Golden Ball in 2010, 2011 and 2012. This award, created by France Football, is also a factor in selecting this formation.
Defense: Lahm, Van Dijk, Ramos and Marcelo
Philip Lahm and Virgil van Dijk are the only two players on the team who have never played in La League. They have joined in defence from Sergio Ramos and Marcelon, who have won four Champions' Trophys in Madrid during the past decade.
Van Dijk was among the most important in the Liverpool ranks in the success achieved at the Champions League in June. He ranked second, after Lionel Mess, in the 2019 Golden Ball vote, while Lahm set up the World Cup with Germany in 2014, without dismissing the many trophies he won as Bayern football.
Midfield: Modric, Xavi, and Inista
Luka Modric, Xavi Hernández and Andreés Inista make up the midfield compiled by “France Football”. Modric won the “Golden Landpe” in 2018, after leading Croatia to the World Cup final and, along with Ramos and Marcelon, was a key figure in Reali in the successes achieved in Champions between 2014 and 2018.
Meanwhile, Xavi and Inista were alongside the Messes at the heart of the legendary Barcelona team, trained by Pep Guardiola, and were directors of Spain's World Cup victory in South Africa.
Attack: Messi, Cristiano, and Neymar
Finally, Neymar has joined in the attack with Cristino Ronaldon and Messin, the two individual dominant forces of the game in recent years, who have won a total of 11 “Golden Top”.
As for Neymar, “France Football” explains that Brazilian has had an impact not only on winning Santos, Barcelona and Paris Saint-Germain, but also on the success of “Seleaos” (golden bell) at the 2016 Olympics in Rio de Janeiro.
