Bosnia and Herzegovina presidency member Zeljko Komsic has declared that regardless of whether there is mutual recognition between Bosnia and Kosovo, this job is a fact done.
“Sic is standing now, we have to wait, even though I have no dilemma that Kosovo is an independent state”, Komsic has said. In the journalist's question of whether he agrees to this, Komsic has replied: “I don't agree to that, but I have the right to stay. I will not always speak what is agreed on, because we are three in the BiH presidency does not mean I need the presidency's authorization to say something”, he said.
In my diplomatic actions, I must adhere to certain rules that apply in BiH. Repeat, for me Kosovo is an independent state! It's already done, it's only a matter of the moment when others will accept it in the region”, Komsic says for RTK.
As far as a possible agreement between Kosovo and Serbia is concerned, Komsic has said that “all that is happening with Kosovo, namely talks between Belgrade and Pristina, are issues of their agreements.
But for whatever they agree, it can't be precedan to solve problems, as said in the Western Balkans, and especially in Bosnia and Herzegovina”, says Komsic.
