At the start of her speech at the “Adriatic Charter (A5)”, where Albania took the lead during 2019, she said Albanians and Americans have always been together in difficult times.
She praised the unconditional contribution of all countries, which reacted immediately after the event.
I would like to begin with comfort for families who suffered as a result of this earthquake. The US is friends of Albania like all Americans and Albanians who have been together in difficult times. These peoples have always been together. All the countries that are here today, who reacted unconditionally and have given the necessary support to help Albania in this difficult period. The US stands close to Albania, partnership with all countries in the region. That brings us to this hearing of A5. Despite this earthquake that happened we were able to meet and I see that we have many friends on this table”, Cooper said. /oranews/
