The presidency has confirmed that Republic of Kosovo President Hashim Thaci, through a telephone conversation, has confirmed to Northern Macedonia Prime Minister Zoran Zaev that Kosovo does not participate in this summit.
In this, Sam, besides Kosovo, no representatives of Montenegro will participate.
Meanwhile, the second meeting of three of the leaders of the Western Balkans has started. Zoran Zaev, Edi Rama and Aleksandar Vucic have met for the second time in a month after Novi Sad to discuss the so-called “Balkan Schengen”.
The meeting will discuss the implementation of free movement of coals and people between northern Macedonia, Albania and Serbia.
