When you wake up in the morning, drink four to six cups of water empty with your stomach. Water would be wise to wear out in environmental or hot temperature. You can squeeze in some fresh lemon juice. Wash your teeth after drinking water; do not eat or drink for at least 45 minutes; then continue your daily routine.

Those who want to try this diet should begin therapy with a glass of water each day by gradually increasing the amount. If you cannot drink four glasses of water immediately, you can wait a few minutes between each glass to give your stomach a break.

Like any other weight - loss practice, this practice should be accompanied by walking daily, avoiding heavy, calories - and at least eight hours of sleep a day. The Japanese water diet helps alleviate stress and guarantees a strong digestive system.
