The outgoing prime minister has once again indicated that a decision on visa liberalisation will occur during the months of December, and that the country's citizens will soon move visa-free to EU countries.
He disagrees with EU officials' statements that Kosovo is not fighting corruption and organised crime.
Example that in Kosovo it is not corruption at the level as claimed, Haradinaj receives the 6 October election process.
A corrupt political system mostly hits elections and corrupted them. If all participating institutions in the elections have shown so much integrity is an exaggeration in the specific level of evil in Kosovo. I'm not saying that Kosovo doesn't have to continue fighting crime, corruption, evils. But continue to hold on to the rhetoric of this subject, where a country holds such a creditable choice, where the difference in outcome is so small that everyone accepts the outcome, I think they have silenced Europeans and everyone. It would silence even more institution building. I'm not saying negatively, but it would be unverbal if we built institutions and government began. I know it's a process in late November, but I don't want to detail these processes because that's how the nature of the job is and I know that in December we're ready for a decision on liberalisation. I expect this decision to lead Germany in December.
