The drain, which had a size of 6.4, struck only 20 miles from the much populated capital of Tirana and felt hundreds of miles, writes the Daily Mail, broadcast Periscope.
Residents rushed to rock buildings, some holding children, the witnesses said, continues the Daily Mail script.
