According to the prosecution, this alleged act has been carried out in opposition to the Criminal Law of the former Socialist Federation Republic of Yugoslavia, “Crime of War in grave violation of the” Geneva Convention by Article 144 of KPRK, “War crimes in grave violation of” of Article 3 of the Geneva International Convention by Article 146 of KPRK, “War crimes in serious wrongdoing” of laws and customs that apply to armed conflicts that are not of international character by Article 147 of KPRK, and criminal work <6> kept in possession, or possession of unauthorized possession of weapons”, from 366 CPRC paragraph.
The case prosecutor during the day will apply to the Constitutional Court in Pristina for the detention assignment.
