Painful: Mother and daughter of special needs are mistreated by their son

A mother from Gjakova, reported to the Kosovo Police on the abuse she and her daughter are receiving from the boy.

The boy, reports Kosovo Police in the daily report, is on the run.

“The female K/Albanian victim has reported that she and her daughter with special needs are constantly being physically abused by her son- male K/Albanian suspect. Victims have received medical treatment while the suspect is on the run”, said the police report.
