This has led him to beat an earlier record of nearly eight years, Klan Kosova reports.
Nirmal Purja reached the top of his 14th mountain, Shishapangma in China on Tuesday morning.
The 36-year-old joined the British Army in 2003 and became a Royal Marine in 2009.
