This exhibition, cured by Arta Agani, comes as a result of co-operation between the British Council and the National Gallery of Kosovo.
Using an ironic title, organisers have announced that they have also wanted to expose discrimination against women.
“Gras have also historically gone through the process of change, along which form and function have been gradually displaced. In a battle environment, this exhibition aims to show these shifts between roles when a woman is not just a form and a male is not just a function”, says the organisers' announcement.
The cache “Burnesat” is implemented under the Perceptions Project, through which four similar exhibitions will be shown in Western Balkan countries.
This exhibition of works by Kosovo and British artists will be open to the public until February 24th, 2019. /Periscopi/
