According to Italian media, the agreement between Arsenal and Inter for Ivan Perisic has failed. So Arsenal has now begun talks immediately to borrow the former Atletico Madrid attacker.
Carrasco iu united Dalian Yifang in 2016 and was never involved in any speculation that will be transferred to Europe during these years.
