Manchester United refuses to sell Anthony Martyr because it would have to give Monaco 50% of the profit.
Martyl played 60 minutes during this season.
Chelesa, Tottenham and Inter are carefully observing the Martial situation.
But even though he's not in coach's plans, Ed Woodward and United leaders still want to keep him.
The 22-year-old has cost 50m euros so far, but there are other clauses and the total sum could amount to 65mm euros.
The Sun reports that Monaco has the right to take half of United's profits if it sells Martial, whose contract expires in 2020.
The leaders will not allow Martial's departure to a rival of Premier League, and see no profit if he leaves for another European club.
