The light won the Supercup match against Pristina with a score of 2-1. Fidan Gerbeshi and Betim Hadzimussa marked to ensure this victory in light. This result was also accepted by the NFF.
However, light will be punished because fans of the gynavian club had fired fireworks before the match, as well as during the 57th minute match. Because of these fireworks, the match was stopped in eight minutes. Moreover, light fans had offended Pristina fans.
The match was being monitored by U officials EFAs, who would assess the state of the stadium and later decide whether to license the renovated stadium “Fadil Vokri” for holding international matches. The decision was expected to become official Tuesday morning, yet nothing from UEFA has yet been published.
