Milaim Zeka's conversation and Ilir Krasniqi: Fatmir Limaj urged 3m euros of German investors

He has said briefly that Milaim Zeka has 60 minutes of conversation with German businessmen who point to the case. The census by Zeka was found on his phone after last year's arrest. Indication of the conversation between Initiative MP Milaim Zeka and his former visa business partner, Ilir Krasniqi, reveals the dark details of a meeting between Limaj, such time as Transport Minister and two German businessmen interested to invest in Kosovo.

Despite heavy record hold, the conversation is conducted between two already accused of fraud, money laundering, and tax evasion.

At that meeting, according to Ilir Krasniqi, Limaj had asked threem euros in bribes in order to facilitate investment procedures for the two German businessmen. It would be invested in a coal factory.

It's from Milaim Zeka. His copy was taken from the police following his arrest last year. This incriminating material is found in the DA's investigation file, which he provided, Inseder.

In the conversation, it doesn't explain whether it was about any capital investment or tenders because both elements are highlighted. But in Ilir Krasni's interview on the “-Pa Rrotla”, Krasniqi tells what investment was about.

Krasniqi tells Zeka that the meeting was held at the beginning of Limaj's mandate, as minister in 2008. According to him, the meeting was enabled by former Parliament Speaker Jakup Krasniqi, currently one of the leaders of the Social Democrat Initiative.

Ilir Krasniqi and Jakup Krasniqi, in the past have shared time together. They have also distributed pictures of shared meals and lunches.

Jakup Krasniqi is also known as a relative of Milaim Zeka. Based on the list of calls provided by Insander, they almost communicate daily.

Milaim Zeka, showing in Fatmir Limaj's conversation, is accused of corruption and of taking money from businessmen from Gjilan. As of that time, Limaj was charged with the MTPT case, for which he was acquitted.

Deputy Prime Minister Fatmir Limaj has denied any claim to this conversation. He has said briefly that he has never met him in his life, Ilir Krasniqi, nor does he know him personally.

Ilir Krasniqi has refused to talk about the case. He's asked not to publish the record with the reason that his life is at stake. Yet, he has said that he is not afraid.

He mentioned another fact that, according to him, Milaim Zeka spoke personally to the Germans who recorded them. He said Zeka owns another 60-minute record.

Zeka, as the director of the show “without the wheel” on public television, had interviewed his fraud business partner, Ilir Krasniqi. The interview was held in February 2016, shortly before the visa business began.

In that interview, Krasniqi shows how a minister has asked for threem euros for German investors, but does not mention the minister's name. Of the questions, Zeka is already expressed as being completely informed of the event. He says he met the Germans and talked to them.

“Fatmir Limaj, three million, has asked for”, Krasniqi answers.

The conversationators say it's about German businessmen who would open 12,000 jobs. According to Krasniqi, only the value of the machinery was over 350m euros.

Krasniqi, on the other hand, says he was at Limaj's home in Malisheva. He also says Limaj has built four houses near his father-in-law in Hyvali.
