The Kosovo Basketball Federation has formalised it as our National Selector, Balkan basketball star Damir Mulaomerovici, writes Periscopi.
This has troubled the Serbian media, who immediately posted the news with disparaging tones.
Mulaomerovic was born on September 19, 1974, in Tuzel. He is Bosnian but has played for Croatia as a basketball player.
As a player, he played for large teams such as Cionona, Fortitudo Bilogna, Efes Pilsen, Panathinaikos, Real Madrid, Paok, Olympiacos, etc.
He has become EuroLeague champion in 2002 with Panathinaikos, while he was the best boxer in Greece in 2006. He won the Croatian championship nothing less than five times.
As a coach, he also has a lot of experience. He managed Tuzla's Sloboda, Cirbona, Bosnia and Herzegovina and is now in the direction of the national Kosovo. /Periscopi
