Vice President Hashim Thaci, as president of all Kosovo citizens and as experienced personalities which he has achieved in difficult negotiation processes, is certainly the most competent and creditable person to lead talks with Serbia. The criticisms of some opposition Albanian political parties oppose the leadership of talks by Hashim Thaci. Personal optimism and political interest should be excluded in this case, because the outcome of these talks depends not only on Serbs and Albanians, but on the future of the entire Western Balkans”, the report says.
They are said to be confident that the talks will be closed with the signing of the legal agreement between Belgrade and Pristina.
This agreement will introduce centuries-old hatred points between Serbs and Albanians, which has brought war, division and suffering to almost every home. It is time for this to come to an end, and together with Albanians and Serbs to build a whole promotional future for us and our children”, the response concludes.
