According to the Kosovo Police report, compared to last six months, the total number of accidents in the first quarter of this year has dropped by 13.25 percent.

Out of 8073 traffic accidents that occurred in the January-June 2017 period, 7003 accidents have occurred this year, meaning 1070 fewer accidents.

Compared with June 2017, where 15 accidents occurred, five fatal accidents occurred in June of this year.

Also, increased revenues have been made from traffic fines for the January-June 2018 period, compared to the same period in 2017.

Of the estimated 1m and 514 thousand euros, 2 million and 860 thousand euros have been invested this year.
