Haradinaj: Lutfi Zharku is guilty of debt to Bechtel Enkas

Prime Minister Haradinaj has said today in the intervention called fine pay to Bechtel-Enkas of 53m euros that if this sum were not paid, Kosovo would suffer severely at the Arbitrazhi Court.

I found a debt that's not paid and it's up. We couldn't have paid them because we had gone to Arbitrages and had lost the case”, the prime minister said.

According to the prime minister, the Arbitrazhi damage could be up to 200m euros.

“It wasn't indiscreet, but it's one of the mines that we found when we arrived”, he said.

While the prime minister has accused former Prime Minister Zharku of paying 14.7m euros to Bechtel for extension of the project, he has invested in municipalities leading LDK.

“The LDK has received 30 projects that were not planned in the budget, in municipalities governing the LDK. In 2016 116 unplanned projects”, Haradinaj said.
